Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Assembly typically involves connecting the pre-cut wooden pieces using the provided hardware. Follow the included instructions carefully, ensuring all connections are secure. It is recommended to have a screwdriver and possibly a rubber mallet on hand. For stability, especially when supporting plants, consider securing the arbor's legs into the ground or using weights.
Compatibility: This arbor is designed for lightweight climbing plants such as ivy, roses, clematis, and morning glories. It is also compatible with lightweight decorative elements like fairy lights or small hanging signs. It is not suitable for heavy or vigorous vines or for supporting significant weight.
Care: To maintain the natural beauty and longevity of the fir wood, regular care is advised. Clean the arbor with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Periodic sealing or staining with a wood protector, especially before the wet or intensely sunny seasons, will help prevent weathering, cracking, and fading. Inspect regularly for any signs of wear or damage.
