Product Information

Full details

The Sleepeezee Hotel Luxe Pillow Pair is designed for individuals seeking a hotel-quality sleep experience at home, offering a blend of plush softness and reliable support. Its primary benefit lies in its enduring plumpness and anti-allergy properties, providing a consistently comfortable and healthy sleep environment. A potential caveat is that their generous filling might be too firm for those who prefer a very flat pillow.

FAQs

Are these pillows suitable for front sleepers?

While they offer balanced support, front sleepers often prefer flatter, softer pillows. These may be too supportive for some front sleepers. We recommend trying them or considering a softer pillow option if you primarily sleep on your stomach.

How often should I wash these pillows?

It is generally recommended to wash pillows every 3-6 months, or more frequently if needed due to allergies or spills. Always refer to the care label for specific instructions.

What does 'anti-allergy' mean in this context?

The filling contains fibres treated to resist common allergens such as dust mites and bacteria, contributing to a healthier sleep environment.

Can I use these pillows without a pillowcase?

It is not recommended to use the pillows without a pillowcase. A pillowcase protects the pillow's cover from direct contact with sweat, oils, and dirt, and can be washed more frequently.

What is the warranty period for these pillows?

The Sleepeezee Hotel Luxe Pillow Pair comes with a two-year guarantee, providing confidence in their quality and durability.

How do I know if these are the right firmness for me?

These pillows are designed to be medium-firm, balancing softness with supportive loft. If you prefer very soft, sink-in pillows, these might feel too substantial. If you need firm support, they should be well-suited.

Troubleshooting

Pillow feels too firm

Allow the pillow to air out for a day or two. If still too firm, consider using a slightly larger pillowcase or pairing it with a softer pillow.

Pillow has lost some loft

Shake the pillow vigorously and tumble dry on a low heat setting with dryer balls to help restore loft.

Pillow has a slight odor upon arrival

Air the pillow out in a well-ventilated room for 24-48 hours.

Pillow feels lumpy after washing

Ensure the pillow is completely dry. You may need to tumble dry it for longer. Gently break up any clumps by hand while it's still slightly warm from the dryer.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: These pillows arrive ready to use. Simply remove them from their packaging and give them a gentle shake to help them regain their full loft. Place them inside your standard pillowcases.

Compatibility: The Sleepeezee Hotel Luxe Pillow Pair is designed to fit standard pillowcases.

Care Instructions: To maintain freshness and shape:

Machine Washable: Wash at a moderate temperature (check care label for exact details, typically 40°C).
Tumble Dry: Tumble dry on a low heat setting until completely dry. Ensure the pillow is fully dried to prevent clumping.
Fluffing: Regularly fluff the pillows by hand to redistribute the filling and maintain their plumpness.
