Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The Cork Sheet Roll is designed for straightforward use. It can be cut to size using a sharp craft knife, utility knife, or saw blade. For adherence, use a strong, flexible adhesive suitable for cork and the intended surface (e.g., PVA glue, contact cement, or a construction adhesive). Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and smooth before application.
Compatibility: This cork sheet is compatible with most common DIY and crafting materials. It can be painted, varnished, or sealed for added protection and aesthetic customization. It adheres well to wood, plasterboard, concrete, and metal surfaces when the appropriate adhesive is used.
Care: To maintain its appearance and properties, regularly dust the surface. For cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap if necessary, and allow it to air dry completely. Avoid excessive moisture, especially if the cork is not sealed, as it can absorb liquids. Keep away from direct, prolonged heat sources.
