Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: To set up, align the clip-on handle with the designated connection point on the pan. Push down firmly until you hear or feel a click, indicating it is securely locked in place. Always test the handle's stability before lifting the pan. To detach, locate the release lever on the handle and operate it to disengage the clip.
Compatibility: The pans are designed for use on most stovetops, including gas, electric, and ceramic. They are *not* induction compatible. The handle should not be used in the oven or dishwasher; only the pans themselves are suitable for oven use up to a certain temperature (refer to product manual for specifics), and handwashing is recommended for longevity.
Care: Handwash the pans with a soft sponge and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, which can damage the non-stick coating. Dry thoroughly after washing. Do not use metal utensils; opt for silicone, wooden, or plastic utensils to protect the surface. Ensure the clip-on handle is clean and dry before reattaching.
