Troubleshooting
Mobile does not turn on
Ensure that 3 AA batteries are correctly installed in the battery compartment, paying attention to positive (+) and negative (-) ends. Check if the batteries are new or sufficiently charged. Also, verify that the power switch is in the 'on' position.
Music or sounds are distorted or weak
This is often due to low battery power. Replace the batteries with new ones. Ensure the speaker area is not obstructed.
Mobile does not stay attached securely
Ensure the clip is attached to a suitable edge on the baby gear. For some thin or unusually shaped bars, a temporary securement like a zip tie might be considered, but this should be done with extreme caution to avoid any safety hazards.
Melodies repeat too quickly or cycle improperly
Check the battery level. Low batteries can sometimes cause erratic behavior. If the issue persists with fresh batteries, the unit may have a malfunction.
