FAQs
Is this safe for septic tanks?
Yes, Morrisons Citrus Thick Bleach is designed to be safe for use in septic systems when used in accordance with normal household cleaning routines.
Can I mix this with vinegar for a deeper clean?
No. Never mix this bleach with other household cleaners, especially vinegar, ammonia, or acids, as this can produce dangerous, toxic gases.
How long should I leave it in the toilet bowl?
For best results, leave it for at least 15 minutes before scrubbing and flushing.
Will this remove rust stains?
While it is excellent for general grime and bacterial stains, it may not be effective on deep-set iron rust. You may need a dedicated rust remover for those specific stains.
How do I store the bottle safely?
Keep the bottle upright, tightly capped, and stored in a locked cupboard or high shelf inaccessible to children and pets.
Troubleshooting
Cap is difficult to open
The cap is child-resistant; ensure you are applying firm downward pressure while simultaneously twisting counter-clockwise.
Stains remain after one application
For heavy buildup, allow the bleach to sit for a longer duration (up to 30 minutes) and use a stiff-bristled brush to agitate the area before rinsing.
Accidental spill on clothing
Immediately flush the area with cold water. Bleach will permanently lighten fabric color, so act quickly to minimize damage.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To use this product, press down on the child-resistant cap and twist to open. Always wear household rubber gloves to protect your skin from potential chemical burns. This bleach is compatible with most porcelain, ceramic, and stainless steel surfaces, but it should never be mixed with other cleaning agents, particularly ammonia or acid-based cleaners, as this creates hazardous fumes.
