Full details
The Lillies Design Thinking Of You Condolence Sympathy Card by Wishing Well Studios is designed for individuals looking to offer a respectful and heartfelt message of comfort during a time of bereavement. Its primary benefit is the combination of elegant, calming aesthetics with a sincere, pre-printed sentiment that takes the pressure off finding the right words in a difficult moment. A minor caveat for users is that the card size is fixed at 5 x 7 inches, which leaves limited space if you wish to write a very lengthy, detailed personal letter alongside the printed message.

Troubleshooting
Ink smearing on the high-quality card surface
Use a ballpoint pen rather than a felt-tip or gel pen, and allow the ink to dry for a few seconds before closing the card.
Card edges slightly bent during transport
Place a piece of thin, stiff cardboard inside the mailing envelope behind the card to provide extra structural support during transit.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To keep the card in pristine condition before delivery, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which could cause the gold foil to dull or the card stock to warp. When mailing, ensure you use the provided envelope. If you are inserting additional items like sympathy photos or memorial cards, verify that the total thickness of the envelope does not exceed your postal service's thickness standards for standard letter postage. The card requires no assembly and is ready for use immediately upon removing it from its packaging.
