Troubleshooting
Low water flow or weak spray
Check that the minimum operating pressure of 0.5 Bar is met. Ensure the shower hose is not kinked. Clean any debris from the shower head nozzles by gently poking them with a pin (when the water is off).
Leaking from the connection
Ensure the shower hose is securely tightened to the handset and the shower valve/outlet. Check the rubber washer inside the hose connection is present and in good condition. Hand-tighten firmly, then use pliers gently if needed, but do not overtighten.
Chrome finish appears dull
Clean the handset with a soft, damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth to restore shine. Avoid abrasive cleaning products.
