Motorcycle Tyre Puncture Repair Kit - Oxford OX721

This kit is designed for temporary repairs of small punctures caused by items like nails or screws. It is not suitable for large cuts, slashes, or sidewall damage.

The kit contains 3 inflation canisters, which are sufficient to inflate one typical motorcycle tyre. Once a canister is used, it cannot be refilled. The repair itself is temporary.

No, this kit provides a temporary repair. It is intended to allow you to reach a professional tyre repair service or a safe location. You should have your tyre inspected and repaired or replaced by a professional as soon as possible.

This kit is specifically designed for motorcycle tyres and their typical pressure ranges. It is not recommended for use on car tyres.

While the canisters themselves have a long shelf life if stored correctly, the effectiveness of the sealant can diminish over extended periods. It's best to use them within a few years of purchase and store them properly.

The kit usually includes the necessary components for the repair and inflation. You may need basic tools like pliers to remove the puncturing object if it's still in the tyre, but the kit is designed for straightforward, on-the-spot use.

Ensure the canister is fully screwed in and the valve is properly engaged. Try using a second canister. Check that the puncture is small and not a larger tear.

The puncture may be too large or in an unsuitable location (e.g., sidewall). This kit is for temporary repairs of small punctures only. Seek professional assistance.

Check for excessive leakage around the valve or connection point. Ensure the puncture is not excessively large, which would allow the gas to escape too rapidly.
