Yes, the lamellas need to be clicked onto the frame upon arrival.
Ensure the lamella is aligned correctly with the frame slots. Apply firm, even pressure until it clicks into place. If resistance is high, check for any debris in the frame slots.
Verify that all lamellas are fully secured to the frame. Check that the footrest is placed on a level surface. Ensure the frame itself is not damaged.
This footrest is designed for customization. If you wish to match a specific chair color, you may need to purchase a different set of lamellas in your desired color.
Setup: The HOUE Click Footrest arrives with its frame and lamellas separated. The plastic lamellas simply click onto the steel frame. Ensure each lamella is securely in place by pressing firmly until you hear or feel a click.
Compatibility: This footrest is specifically designed for the HOUE Click series, including Dining, Position, Lounge, and Rocking chairs. While its design is universal for comfort, it is optimized for use with these HOUE models.
Care: The steel frame can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. For the bamboo details, use a mild soap and water solution, then wipe dry. The plastic lamellas can be removed and washed with soap and water if needed. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the materials.
