The Pre-personalised Dog Ball Toy featuring the name 'Lola' is designed for dog owners seeking a durable and highly visible play accessory for their active pets. These bouncy balls provide an excellent outlet for high-energy play, such as fetch or solo entertainment, making them a great gift for pups. FAQs
Can I order a name other than Lola?
No, this specific product variant is pre-personalised with the name 'Lola' and cannot be changed.
Are these balls safe for puppies?
These are generally safe for most dogs, but please supervise your puppy during play to ensure they do not attempt to swallow pieces if the ball is damaged.
How many balls come in the pack?
Each set contains two individual bouncy balls.
Can these be used in water?
While the material is durable, these are primarily designed for land-based fetch and play; they may not float consistently depending on the density of the material.
How do I keep the personalized name from fading?
While the personalisation is designed for durability, regular washing with mild detergents is recommended over harsh chemicals to keep the finish looking new.
Troubleshooting
The ball has become extremely muddy or dirty.
Wash the ball with warm water and a small amount of mild soap, then allow it to air dry fully.
My dog is tearing the surface of the ball.
Immediately remove the toy from the dog and assess if it is safe to continue playing; consider switching to a tougher rubber toy if your dog is a heavy chewer.
