Full details

The YAWN Air eZwell Remedy V2 Mattress is designed for individuals seeking at-home relief from daily fatigue, muscle tension, and stress. Its key benefit is providing a customizable, multi-therapy massage experience with vibrational, Shiatsu, and infrared heat options. Troubleshooting

Mattress does not turn on

Ensure the power cord is securely connected to both the mattress and the power outlet. Check if the outlet is functioning by plugging in another device. If using the remote, ensure its batteries are not depleted and it is within range.

Vibration or Shiatsu massage is weak

Check the selected intensity level on the remote. Ensure the massage motors or Shiatsu nodes are not obstructed. For the Shiatsu pillow, verify it is properly attached and positioned.

Infrared heat is not working

Confirm that the heat function is selected via the remote control and that the mattress has been powered on for a sufficient time to heat up. Check if the specific Shiatsu nodes with heat are engaged in the selected program.

Remote control is unresponsive

Replace the batteries in the remote control. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the mattress's sensor. Try turning the mattress off and on again.

Unusual noises during operation

Slight humming from the vibration motors is normal. If a grinding or clicking noise occurs, check for any foreign objects or obstructions around the motors or Shiatsu nodes. Discontinue use and contact customer support if the noise persists.
