Product Information
Full details
This tee connector is designed for 50mm diameter corrugated pond hoses, ensuring a snug and watertight connection to prevent leaks and maintain water flow. Typically made from durable and weather-resistant materials like PVC or ABS plastic, it offers longevity and resistance to the elements and water exposure. The connector has a 'T' shape with three openings: two for the main hose lines and a third perpendicular side outlet for attaching another hose. Each end features barbed edges or threads for a secure attachment, which can be reinforced with hose clamps. This allows you to split water flow from a single main hose into two directions, facilitating the setup of additional pond equipment such as filters, water pumps, fountains, or other water features. Installation is typically easy, requiring no specialized tools, by simply sliding hoses onto the barbed ends and securing them. It's important to verify compatibility with your specific 50mm hoses before purchase. The connector is a versatile addition for customizing pond setups and creating a dynamic pond ecosystem.
