The Ion8 Hotshot 360ml travel mug is designed for daily commuters and outdoor enthusiasts who prioritize portability and a leak-proof drinking experience. Its key benefit is the secure, one-handed flip-lid mechanism that ensures spill-free access to your beverage while remaining completely hygienic; however, potential users should note that the 360ml capacity is better suited for standard single-serve drinks rather than all-day hydration.

Yes, all Ion8 products are made from food-grade, BPA-free materials.
The triple-lock system clicks audibly when engaged; ensure the latch covers the button fully.
Check the locking mechanism for any dried beverage residue and rinse the lid assembly under warm water.
Ensure the lid is screwed on tightly and the gasket is correctly seated inside the lid.
To ensure the longevity of your Ion8 mug, always ensure the lid is properly aligned before locking. For cleaning, simply unscrew the lid and rinse with warm soapy water; since the design is crevice-free, you do not need special bottle brushes for the main chamber. While many components are dishwasher safe, hand-washing is recommended to preserve the integrity of the blue finish over time. Always ensure the lock is engaged before placing it into a bag, and avoid using the mug in a microwave or freezer, as these can compromise the vacuum seal.
