FAQs
Does the shower caddy fit all riser rails?
It is designed to fit most standard riser rails, but it is recommended to verify your rail diameter matches standard sizing before installation.
How do I remove water spots from the black finish?
Use a soft, damp microfiber cloth. For stubborn spots, use a very mild soap solution and ensure you wipe the surface completely dry immediately afterward.
Can I replace the head on the toilet brush?
The toilet brush is designed as a complete unit; for longevity, keep the base clean and rinse the brush head regularly.
Is the bin suitable for a bathroom with limited space?
Yes, the 5L capacity is specifically chosen for compact footprints, making it ideal for small bathrooms or ensuites.
Does the set require wall mounting?
Only the shower caddy requires attachment to an existing rail; the bin and toilet brush are freestanding.
Troubleshooting
Shower caddy slipping down the rail
Ensure the clamping mechanism is fully tightened and that no soap residue is on the rail which could reduce grip.
Lid on pedal bin not closing properly
Check the pedal linkage at the rear of the bin to ensure the cable hasn't become misaligned or obstructed.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Uniform aesthetic with consistent matt black finish
- Soft-close bin lid prevents accidental noise
- No-drill installation for the toilet brush and bin
- Space-saving design perfect for smaller bathrooms
- Easy to clean powder-coated surfaces
Cons
- Matt black finish can show water streaks if not wiped dry
- Shower caddy is restricted to compatibility with riser rails
- 5L bin capacity may be too small for high-traffic family bathrooms
Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup for this set is intuitive and largely tool-free. The bin and toilet brush simply require placement on a level floor. The shower caddy is designed to clamp onto standard-sized riser rails; check your rail diameter before installation to ensure a secure fit. To care for the matt black finish, avoid abrasive sponges or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can strip the coating. Instead, use a soft, damp cloth followed by a dry cloth to prevent mineral deposits from hard water.
