Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up your planter, ensure it is placed on a flat, level surface to prevent tipping, especially when filled with heavy, mature plants. If placing the pot on a wooden deck or patio, consider using pot risers to allow for better airflow and water egress. For indoor maintenance, the smooth finish is best cleaned with a simple damp cloth; avoid abrasive sponges that might scratch the UV-protective layer. During the winter, if you live in a region prone to hard frosts, move the planter into a shed, garage, or indoor area to prevent the fibre clay from cracking under extreme temperature fluctuations.
