FAQs
What are the dimensions of the table and chairs?
Specific dimensions vary by exact model. Please refer to the product's individual specifications sheet or packaging for precise measurements.
Is assembly required for this set?
Typically, minimal assembly is required, often involving attaching the tabletop to its base. The chairs are usually ready to use after unfolding.
Can the ceramic tabletop withstand extreme temperatures?
The ceramic tiles are wear-resistant and can handle typical outdoor temperature fluctuations. However, avoid sudden extreme temperature changes, such as placing very hot items directly from an oven onto the cool surface.
How much weight can each chair support?
The chairs are constructed with strong metal frames designed for standard adult use. Specific weight capacity information can usually be found in the product manual or on the manufacturer's website.
Is this set suitable for year-round outdoor use?
While durable, to extend the lifespan and maintain the appearance of the set, it is recommended to protect it from harsh weather elements, especially during winter. Covering or storing the set indoors is advisable.
How do I clean the mosaic tabletop?
Wipe the mosaic tabletop with a damp cloth and mild soap. Dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners to preserve the finish of the ceramic tiles.
Can I purchase replacement parts, such as extra tiles?
Replacement parts availability can vary. It is best to contact Outsunny customer support directly to inquire about specific replacement parts for your set.
Troubleshooting
Table feels wobbly
Ensure all screws and connections are tightened securely. Check that the table is placed on a level surface.
Chairs are difficult to fold/unfold
Check for any obstructions. Apply a small amount of lubricant to the hinges if necessary. Ensure the chairs are fully open or closed before attempting to fold.
Ceramic tiles appear loose
Contact customer support for guidance. Do not attempt to re-glue tiles without proper instructions, as this may damage the tabletop.
Metal frames show signs of rust
Clean the rusted area with a soft brush. Apply a metal primer and touch-up paint suitable for outdoor furniture. Consider applying a protective sealant or storing furniture indoors during wet seasons.

Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Setup:
- Unpack all components carefully.
- Attach the tabletop to the table base if required (check specific model instructions).
- Unfold the chairs.
Compatibility:
This set is designed for outdoor use on stable, level surfaces such as patios, decks, balconies, and garden areas. It is compatible with various outdoor decor styles.
Care Instructions:
- Tabletop: Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the ceramic tiles. For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive kitchen cleaner may be used sparingly.
- Chairs: Wipe the metal frames with a soft, damp cloth. Dry thoroughly after cleaning. To prevent rust and prolong the life of the metal, consider covering or storing the chairs during prolonged periods of rain or harsh weather.
- Storage: Store the foldable chairs in a dry place when not in use for extended periods, especially during winter months, to protect the metal from moisture.
