Troubleshooting

Mattress does not seem to have fully expanded

Ensure the mattress has had at least 48 hours to expand in a well-ventilated room. Check for any packaging restrictions that may have been missed. If problems persist, contact customer support.

Uneven feel or sagging

Rotate the mattress head to foot as recommended every 2-3 months. Ensure the bed base is providing adequate and even support. Uneven wear may indicate a need for a new mattress if within warranty.

Feeling too warm during sleep

While the Geltex layer offers breathability, individual sleep temperature varies. Ensure bedding is breathable and the room is well-ventilated. Rotating the mattress can help maintain airflow.

Difficulty rotating the mattress

Use the integrated turning handles to grip firmly. It is recommended to have two people assist with rotating the mattress to ensure safety and ease.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Offers advanced, adaptive support through its dual pocket spring system.
Geltex layer provides significant pressure relief and promotes a cooler sleep.
The pillow top adds an extra layer of immediate comfort.
Easy maintenance due to its single-sided design requiring only rotation.
High-quality construction, handcrafted in the UK and NBF approved.

Cons

Requires regular rotation, not just flipping, which may be less convenient for some.
The plush pillow top might be too soft for individuals who prefer a very firm sleeping surface.
Single-sided design means the pillow top is the only sleeping surface.
May not be suitable for very heavy individuals who require maximum edge support without a specific reinforced edge description.

Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions

Setup:

Unpack the mattress carefully upon delivery. Allow the mattress to fully expand and air out in a well-ventilated room for at least 24-48 hours before use. This ensures it reaches its intended shape and allows any manufacturing odours to dissipate.

Compatibility:

This mattress is designed for use on a flat, rigid base such as a divan bed or a solid slatted base with gaps no wider than 7cm (3 inches) apart to ensure proper support and prevent damage.

Care:

As this is a single-sided mattress, it does not require flipping. However, it is essential to rotate the mattress regularly from head to foot, approximately once every 2-3 months. Use the integrated turning handles to assist with rotation. Avoid excessive jumping or standing on the mattress. Clean the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
