Tetrion Woodfil Natural/Pine 330g can be sawn, drilled, screwed, sanded, planed, carved and painted. It is fast setting, starting to set in 5-10 minutes and is resistant to water, seawater, oil, petrol, atmospheric chemicals and frost. A new revolutionary vacuum process gives an airhole and pinhole-free super smooth finish, suitable for use inside or out. This ready-mixed woodfiller requires no mixing or dosing and is designed for interior and exterior repair jobs, suitable for filling gaps, cracks and holes in most wooden surfaces. It is versatile, suitable for most types of wood and can be shaped or cut. It offers super smooth, flexible performance with excellent, strong adhesion qualities and is easy to sand, with high strength polymer reinforcement. It is over-coatable with varnish, stain and most oil-based paints. Directions for use: Ensure the surface is dry and free from dirt, grease and any loose material. Lightly sand in the direction of the grain, removing any decayed wood down to dry, sound materials. Work the tube between your fingers. Apply with a filling tool, pressing the filler firmly into the repair. Smooth over with a wet blade prior to drying. Deep repairs should be built up in layers of no more than 10mm, ensuring that each layer is dry before the next layer is applied. Finish with a stain or varnish. Over-paint with an oil-based paint or varnish when used externally. Prime with a suitable sealer when overpainting with a water-based paint.
