The SwitZer 3mm Ceramic Sand Blasting Gun Nozzles are designed for DIY enthusiasts, automotive hobbyists, and professional metalworkers who require consistent surface preparation results. These nozzles provide the benefit of high-precision abrasive flow, making them ideal for rust removal and paint stripping, though they are specifically sized for 3mm output and may not be suitable for heavy-duty industrial projects requiring larger diameter grit flow.

These nozzles perform best with fine-grit media like glass beads or aluminum oxide; avoid large, coarse media that could block the 3mm opening.
While the ceramic material is chemically inert, ensure your specific blasting gun model is rated for wet-media use before proceeding.
You will notice a drop in blasting intensity or a wider, less focused spray pattern as the 3mm hole expands due to abrasive friction.
Yes, they are designed to fit most standard push-fit receivers found on common siphon-fed pneumatic guns.
The ceramic tips handle the friction heat of abrasive particles very well, though they should not be exposed to open flames or extreme thermal shock.
Check the nozzle for physical blockages or debris, and ensure your media supply is dry and free of clumps.
Ensure the nozzle is pushed completely into the housing until it clicks; inspect the rubber seat of the gun for worn-out retaining clips.
Check the ceramic bore for uneven wear or chips and replace the nozzle if the internal diameter is no longer perfectly circular.
To install, ensure your sandblasting gun air supply is disconnected and pressure is fully vented. Simply push the nozzle firmly into the gun receiver until it locks into place.
Compatibility: These nozzles are compatible with most standard pneumatic sandblasting guns and blast cabinets that accept universal push-fit ceramic attachments. Always verify the nozzle diameter of your current setup before installation.
Care: To prolong the life of your ceramic nozzles, avoid dropping the blasting gun, as the ceramic tip can crack under high-impact shock. Periodically inspect the nozzle for cracks or signs of uneven wear that might indicate a blockage in the media line.
