Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before first use, wash the wok in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. While enamel is robust, avoid using metal utensils that might scratch the surface; silicone or wooden tools are recommended. When cooking on induction or glass tops, place the pan gently to avoid cracking the stovetop. After cooking, allow the pan to cool completely before submerging it in water to prevent thermal shock, which can damage the enamel. Hand washing is strongly recommended over dishwasher use to maintain the integrity of the finish.
