Full details

The Shires Tempest 200g Foal Turnout Rug is specifically designed for foals, featuring a pull-over-the-head design to prevent leg entanglement. It boasts a generous, adjustable belly flap for warmth and is constructed with a ShireTex® 600 denier ripstop, waterproof, and breathable outer with taped seams for optimal protection. This PFC-free outer layer provides sustainable weather protection. The ShireTex® fabric is durable and utilizes a hydrophilic coating to efficiently manage moisture, drawing sweat to the outside of the rug where it dissipates. Tested under controlled conditions, this rug ensures suitability for young horses. It features no breast fastening and fastens to one side.
