FAQs
Are these pillows suitable for allergy sufferers?
The virgin hollowfiber filling is generally considered hypoallergenic, but individuals with severe allergies should always consult product specifications or consult a medical professional.
What is the exact size of the pillows?
Each pillow measures 74cm x 48cm, which is approximately 29 inches by 19 inches.
Can I use these pillows without a pillowcase?
While the quilted cover is soft, using a pillowcase is recommended to protect the pillow from dirt, oils, and wear, and to keep it clean.
How often should I wash my pillows?
It is generally recommended to wash pillows every 3-6 months, or more frequently if needed due to spills or heavy use. Always follow the specific care label instructions.
Will these pillows help with neck pain?
These pillows offer soft to medium support, which is ideal for many sleepers. However, individuals with specific neck pain conditions may require a pillow with specialized ergonomic support.
What is the cover material?
The cover is a premium quilted poly-cotton material.
What type of filling is used?
The pillows are filled with virgin hollowfiber.
Troubleshooting
Pillow feels too flat after unpacking
Gently shake and fluff the pillow vigorously to help the hollow fiber filling expand to its full loft.
Pillow lost its shape after washing
Ensure the pillow was dried completely. Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and tumble dry on low heat. Fluff regularly after use.
Uneven filling after extended use
Fluff the pillow by hand daily or periodically. If significant clumping occurs, wash according to care instructions and tumble dry on low.
