Troubleshooting

Food is sticking to the pan.

Ensure you are using the correct heat setting (low to medium) and using a small amount of oil or butter. If the pan is scratched, it may affect non-stick performance.

The handle is getting hot.

Ensure the handle isn't directly over the heat source. If the pan is in the oven, use oven mitts to handle it.

The non-stick coating is peeling or flaking.

This may be due to using metal utensils or high heat. Discontinue use and consider replacing the pan if the coating is severely damaged.

Uneven heating.

Ensure the pan is making full contact with the hob. For induction hobs, ensure the pan is induction-compatible and the correct size for the burner.

Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.

Compatibility:

The frying pan set is compatible with all hob types, including induction, gas, electric, and ceramic.

Care:

Always use low to medium heat for cooking to preserve the non-stick coating.
Avoid using metal utensils, which can scratch the surface; use wooden, nylon, or silicone utensils instead.
Allow the pan to cool completely before washing.
Hand wash is recommended to extend the life of the non-stick coating; use a soft sponge or cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners.
If using a dishwasher, place the pans in the top rack. However, frequent dishwashing can shorten the lifespan of the non-stick coating.
Avoid drastic temperature changes; do not put a hot pan directly into cold water.
