The kit comprises 2 x 3.0ah BL1830 Lithium Ion Batteries, 1 x DC18RC Fast Charger, and 1 x Makpac Case with Inlay. The BL1830 LXT Lithium-Ion battery, combined with the optimum charging system, offers 280 percent total lifetime work and 2x more charge cycles. With a 5x lower self-discharge rate, the battery cells remain active and ready for use even after extended storage periods. Charging the battery at any time will not negatively impact its performance. The battery features built-in shock-absorbing elements for protection. Sixteen robust contact terminals minimize power loss or fluctuations in high-vibration work environments. A built-in Memory Chip in the battery communicates with the charger, optimizing battery life through 3 Active Controls (Current, Voltage, Thermal). This battery is compatible with all Makita 18-volt LXT machines.
