Troubleshooting
Lid not closing securely
Ensure the box and lid are clean and free of debris. Press down firmly on all four corners of the lid until it clicks into place. Check for any warping of the lid or box rim.
Box feels flimsy when full
This is a characteristic of large plastic containers when fully loaded. Distribute weight evenly. Ensure the box is on a stable, flat surface. For heavier loads, consider storing items that are less dense.
Difficulty stacking boxes
Ensure the boxes are placed on a level surface and that the base of the upper box aligns with the lid of the lower box. Remove any obstructions on the lid's stacking points.
