FAQs

Is this extension pack compatible with my Carrera DIGITAL 132 track?

No, this extension pack is specifically designed for Carrera GO!!! and GO!!! Plus systems only. It is not compatible with Carrera DIGITAL 132 or other Carrera track types.

How many cars can race on a track expanded with this pack?

The number of cars that can race depends on your original Carrera GO!!! or GO!!! Plus starter set and its power supply's capacity. The track extension itself does not limit the number of cars beyond the system's capability.

What are the main new elements included in this Mega Extension Pack?

The pack includes 7 straight sections, 2 narrow sections, 1 see-saw section, and 1 tunnel, adding variety and new challenges to your race track.

Can I combine this with other Carrera GO!!! expansion packs?

Yes, all Carrera GO!!! and GO!!! Plus track pieces and expansion packs are designed to be compatible with each other, allowing you to create even larger and more complex layouts.

What age is this product recommended for?

This product is recommended for children aged 6 and up.

Do I need a starter set to use this extension pack?

Yes, this is an extension pack and requires a Carrera GO!!! or GO!!! Plus starter set to function.

How do I install the tunnel section?

The tunnel section installs just like any other track piece. Align its connection clips with the adjacent track pieces and press firmly until it clicks into place. It typically sits over a straight section.

Troubleshooting

Track pieces do not connect securely.

Ensure the connection clips on both the existing track and the new pieces are clean and free of any obstructions. Gently but firmly press the pieces together until they click. Check for any bent or damaged clips.

Cars frequently derail on the new track sections.

Check the track layout for sharp bends or sudden elevation changes. Ensure the speed controller is not set too high for corners. If using the see-saw section, ensure cars approach and leave it at an appropriate speed. Verify track pieces are level and firmly connected.

The see-saw section does not move freely.

Inspect the see-saw mechanism for any debris or obstructions. Ensure it is correctly seated and aligned with the adjacent track pieces. Gently test its movement manually.
