Troubleshooting

Shoulder strap feels uneven

Unload the bag and reset the sliding mechanism by pulling the strap fully to one side before re-centering it on your back.

Drawstring not staying closed

Ensure the toggle is fully depressed and the cord is not obstructed by bulky items near the opening of the bag.

Water repellency seems to decrease

Lightly wipe the fabric with a clean, damp cloth to remove surface dust or oils, which can sometimes interfere with the water-beading property.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your bag stays in optimal condition, follow these guidelines:

Adjustment: Before initial use, adjust the sliding shoulder strap to ensure the bag sits comfortably against your upper back; the weight should be evenly distributed across both shoulders.
Loading: Place heavier items closer to the center of the bag to maintain balance and prevent the pack from sagging.
Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap for surface cleaning. Avoid machine washing or harsh chemical detergents, as these can compromise the Level 4 water-repellent coating.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid folding the material aggressively to maintain its shape over time.
