Is the color of the basket always the same?

No, the color can vary according to the season in which the rattan material is harvested, ensuring each piece is unique.

Troubleshooting

Basket appears wobbly or unstable after mounting.

Check that the mounting screws are fully tightened into secure wall anchors. If the wall type is unknown, consider using a stud finder for more robust support.

Color of the basket differs significantly from the product image.

Understand that color variations are inherent to the natural rattan material and seasonal harvesting process. Each piece is unique. If the variation is extreme, contact customer support.

Small fibers or pieces of rattan are loose.

Gently trim any loose ends with scissors. Avoid pulling on them, as this could unravel the weave. This is a natural characteristic of woven rattan.

Basket has an odor upon arrival.

Allow the basket to air out in a well-ventilated area for a few days. The natural smell of rattan typically dissipates over time.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: This basket is designed for wall mounting. Ensure you have appropriate wall anchors and screws suitable for your wall type (e.g., drywall, plaster, wood). Mount securely to prevent falling. The exact mounting method will depend on the hardware provided or chosen by the user.

Compatibility: The basket is designed for general storage of lightweight items. It is compatible with most children's room decor styles. Ensure the items stored are not excessively heavy to maintain the integrity of the basket and its mounting.

Care: To maintain the natural beauty of the rattan, clean gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. If the basket gets wet, allow it to air dry completely.
