Setup, Compatibility & Care
- Preparation: Ensure the model surface is clean and free of dust, grease, or other contaminants.
- Thinning (for Airbrushing): Thin the paint with an acrylic thinner. The recommended ratio is 1:1, but adjust based on your airbrush and desired effect.
- Application: Apply thin, even coats to avoid runs and ensure proper drying.
- Brushing: Apply directly from the jar. Multiple thin coats are recommended for optimal results.
- Drying Time: Allow each coat to dry completely before applying the next. Drying time varies depending on humidity and thickness.
- Cleaning: Clean brushes and airbrushes immediately after use with water or an acrylic cleaner.
Compatibility
This paint is compatible with most acrylic primers and varnishes. Always test compatibility on a small, inconspicuous area before applying to the entire model.
