Full details
Discover the Atlantic, a wooden and plastic model of this tugboat. It is a faithful replica of tugboats from the 70s and 80s of the 20th century. It was an offshore tug, not working in ports, so it was prepared to withstand the most adverse weather conditions. All its structure was designed to be a stable and very manageable boat in the water, with the aim of being able to tow large ships such as oil tankers or cruisers in open waters. Tugs, in general, were born in the nineteenth century, navigation experienced a great revolution, the main factor being the implementation of mechanical propulsion.
