Check the power cord and ensure it's securely plugged into the outlet. Also, ensure the power switch on the heater is turned on. If the heater still doesn't turn on, try a different outlet.

Heater is not heating the room effectively.

Ensure the heater is set to the correct heat setting (High or Low). Check that the room size is within the heater's capacity (up to 15m²). Make sure the air filter is clean and that there are no obstructions blocking the airflow.

Remote control is not working.

Check the batteries in the remote control and replace them if necessary. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the heater.

Heater turns off automatically.

The heater may have reached the set temperature, or the timer function might be activated. Check the thermostat setting and timer settings. Ensure the heater is not overheating by checking for any airflow blockages.
