Setup, Compatibility & Care
- Installation: Ensure the fridge is placed on a level surface. Allow sufficient space around the unit for ventilation (refer to the user manual for specific clearances).
- Power Connection: Plug the fridge into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the voltage matches the appliance's specifications (220-240V, 50Hz).
- Temperature Settings: Set the fridge temperature using the control dial, usually located inside the fridge. Allow the fridge to stabilize at the set temperature for a few hours before loading groceries.
- Cleaning: Clean the interior regularly with a mild detergent and a damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners. The shelves and drawers can be removed for easier cleaning.
- Reversible Door: If you need to change the door's opening direction, follow the instructions in the user manual. This typically involves removing and reattaching the hinges and door handles.
Compatibility
The fridge is designed for freestanding use and is compatible with standard kitchen layouts. Ensure that your kitchen has a suitable electrical outlet and enough space to accommodate the fridge's dimensions (1670 x 595 x 645 mm).
Care
- Regularly clean the condenser coils at the back of the fridge to maintain efficiency.
- Avoid placing hot food directly into the fridge; allow it to cool first.
- Check the door seals regularly to ensure they are airtight.
- Do not overload the fridge, as this can restrict airflow.
