Troubleshooting

Cot is wobbly or unstable

Ensure all legs are fully extended and locked into place. Check that the cot is on a level surface. Verify that the weight capacity is not exceeded.

Cot is difficult to fold or unfold

Ensure all locking mechanisms are disengaged before attempting to fold. Try applying gentle, even pressure. Check for any debris obstructing the folding points.

Fabric appears dirty or stained

Use a damp cloth with a mild soap solution to gently clean the affected area. Rinse with a clean damp cloth and allow to air dry completely.

Cushion is not fitting properly

Ensure the cot is fully set up and the fabric is taut. The cushion is designed to fit snugly; adjust its position for optimal comfort.
