Setup, Compatibility & Care
Preparation: Ensure the area to be painted is clean, dry, and free from dirt, grease, and rust. Lightly sand any rough edges around the scratch or chip. For best adhesion, apply a compatible primer if necessary, especially on bare metal.
Application: Shake the pot well for at least two minutes before use. Apply thin, even coats using the built-in brush. Allow each coat to dry thoroughly before applying subsequent coats. Avoid applying in direct sunlight or in damp conditions.
Compatibility: This paint is compatible with OEM finishes, acrylic, and cellulosic paint types. It can be used on metals, plastics, wood, and ceramics. For plastics, always test on an inconspicuous area first.
Care: Store the paint in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the lid is tightly sealed after use to prevent the paint from drying out. Clean the brush immediately after use with a suitable solvent (e.g., cellulose thinners) if required.
