Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before initial use, wash the pan in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. The pan is compatible with gas, electric, ceramic, and induction hobs.
To extend the life of the product:
- Use Gentle Utensils: Always use silicone or wooden tools to avoid scratching the Teflon coating.
- Avoid Thermal Shock: Never plunge a hot pan into cold water, as this can warp the base.
- Hand Wash Only: Do not place the pan in a dishwasher, as harsh chemicals and high heat can ruin the non-stick properties.
- Storage: Hang the pan by the integrated hook or store it with a protective felt pad between pans if nesting.
