TIMco Metal PIR Insulation Fixings are designed to securely anchor insulation materials to concrete and masonry substrates. These galvanised fixings offer robustness and reliability. Engineered for efficiency, they feature an all-metal construction with a large diameter head for a solid hold. The minimum embedment depth marker simplifies installation, and the corrosion-resistant material maintains durability in clean, dry, and low humidity environments. For optimal thermal performance, pair these with TIMco plastic cover caps to minimise thermal transmission. Key features include an all-metal through fixing, a large diameter head, and a minimum embedment depth marker. To reduce the risk of thermal transmission, use TIMco plastic cover caps. Ensure the head of the fixing is taped and sealed to avoid contact with wet plaster, as failure to do so may result in surface damage. Size: 8 x 200mm. Head Diameter: 35mm. Minimum Drill Hole Depth: 60mm. Maximum Fixture Thickness: 150mm. Corrosion Rating: 1 - Clean, dry; low humidity environments. Suitable Substrates: Concrete, Brick, Block. Supplied in a bag of 50 fixings.
