The 5 Star Office Fold-over Clipboard is an ideal organizational tool for professionals and students who need to keep documents secure, clean, and private while on the move. Featuring a durable PVC exterior and a protective front cover, it keeps your paperwork professional and accessible; however, note that its foolscap-sized design means it is slightly larger than standard A4 folders, which may impact storage in smaller bags.

Yes, it is designed for foolscap size, meaning it easily accommodates A4 documents with room to spare.
Yes, the PVC construction provides a firm, rigid surface suitable for writing while standing.
The pen holder is designed for standard ballpoint pens; it may not accommodate thick highlighters or markers.
The PVC material is water-resistant, protecting documents from light splashes, though it should not be submerged.
Yes, the high-capacity clip is capable of holding a significant stack of documents securely.
Ensure the tension spring is free of debris; if the clip is bent, gently adjust it to restore the clamping pressure.
Gently flex the hinge back and forth several times to break in the PVC material and allow it to lay flatter.
There is no complex setup required for this clipboard. Simply slide your document stack under the spring-loaded clip to secure it. To maintain the life of the product, wipe the PVC surface with a slightly damp cloth to remove any debris. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can degrade the PVC finish. When not in use, store it on a flat surface to prevent the hinge from developing a permanent crease if it is kept in an awkward position for long periods.
