Troubleshooting
Zippers feel stiff or stick
Clear any debris or grit from the zipper track and apply a silicone-based lubricant if necessary.
Interior retains food odors
Wipe the interior with a solution of water and white vinegar, then rinse and ensure it is fully air-dried.
Bag is losing temperature too quickly
Ensure the lid is fully zipped shut and that you are using sufficient ice packs; avoid opening the bag more than necessary.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your coolbag, keep it stored in a cool, dry place when not in use. After each session, wipe the interior lining with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove any food or bait residues, then leave the zips open to allow the interior to air dry completely before sealing for storage. This prevents mildew and odors from developing. The bag is designed to be compatible with other luggage in the Cult DPM series, allowing you to create a cohesive set of gear for your outings.
