Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up the mat requires no tools; simply place it on a level, dry surface. While the mat is heavy-duty, its natural fibers are organic. To ensure the longest lifespan, avoid placing it in areas with standing water or excessive moisture, as the coconut fibers may degrade or develop mildew if permanently damp. For routine care, lift the mat and shake it vigorously to dislodge trapped dirt. You can also hang it over a fence and use a stiff-bristle brush to remove stubborn dried mud. If the mat gets wet, hang it in a well-ventilated, shaded area until completely dry to maintain the integrity of the fibers and the latex backing.
