The VEVOR Weatherproof Hard Case is designed for photographers, drone pilots, and outdoor enthusiasts who require maximum protection for sensitive electronics and valuable gear. Its standout benefit is the IP67-rated waterproof construction that ensures your equipment remains dry and shock-free in harsh environments, though the pre-cut foam configuration may limit its use for items with non-standard dimensions. This rugged dry box combines high-impact materials with smart features like an automatic pressure valve, providing a reliable storage and transport solution for high-value hardware.

While the exterior is durable and secure, please check the specific dimensions of your flight's carry-on policy as these can vary by airline.
IP67 indicates the case is dust-tight and protected against the effects of temporary immersion in water up to 1 meter deep for 30 minutes.
Yes, replacement foam inserts are often available from the manufacturer, allowing you to reconfigure the case for different gear sets.
No, the case features padlock-compatible holes, but you must provide your own locks.
Arrange your items on the foam and trace their outlines with a marker before removing the cubes to ensure you don't remove too much material.
Check the pressure equalization valve for obstructions; if clear, the valve is likely doing its job during altitude or temperature shifts.
Inspect the rubber gasket around the lid for dust, sand, or damage. Wipe the gasket clean and ensure no debris is trapped in the sealing channel.
If pieces were removed incorrectly, you may need to use a specialized foam-safe adhesive to bond them back into place or purchase a replacement foam insert.
To set up your case, start by mapping out the layout of your equipment before removing any foam. Pluck the cubes carefully to maintain the integrity of the surrounding structure. Ensure the perimeter seal is free from debris, such as sand or grit, to maintain the waterproof integrity.
For care, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh solvents that might degrade the gasket seal. Store the case in a cool, dry place when not in use. Check the pressure valve regularly to ensure it is not obstructed by dirt, which could affect its ability to regulate pressure properly.
