Product Information

Full details

The Cath Kidston Body Care Set is designed for adults seeking a fragrant, spa-like pampering ritual at home. This three-step collection provides effective exfoliation, deep cleansing, and lasting hydration, leaving skin soft and subtly scented with notes of apple, apricot, and freesia. While the set offers a comprehensive self-care experience, those with sensitivities to added fragrance should perform a patch test before full application.

FAQs

Is this set safe for all skin types?

It is formulated for most adult skin types, but those with nut allergies should avoid it due to the walnut shell powder and sweet almond oil.

Can I use these products on my face?

No, these products are specifically formulated for body use. The exfoliating particles in the scrub are too abrasive for delicate facial skin.

Are the ingredients vegan?

Yes, the entire collection is vegan-friendly and does not contain any animal-derived ingredients.

How long does the scent last?

When the three products are layered correctly, the scent is designed to linger gently on the skin for several hours.

Is the packaging recyclable?

Yes, the tubes are made from recycled plastic and the outer paperboard is fully recyclable.

Troubleshooting

Product is difficult to squeeze out of the tube

Ensure the tube is at room temperature; if it is cold, the natural oils in the cream may thicken slightly.

Skin feels tacky after applying the body cream

You may have applied too much product. Try using a smaller amount and massaging it into the skin until fully absorbed.

Accidental eye contact during use

Rinse immediately and thoroughly with lukewarm water. If irritation persists, consult a healthcare professional.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Comprehensive three-step routine for complete body care
Rich, nourishing ingredients like shea butter and almond oil
Sustainable packaging choices
Cruelty-free and vegan formula
Sophisticated, long-lasting fruity floral fragrance

Cons

Not suitable for individuals with nut allergies due to walnut and almond ingredients
Fragrance may be too strong for scent-sensitive users
Requires three steps, which may be more time-consuming than a standard body wash

Setup, Compatibility & Care

No complex setup is required; however, proper storage is essential to maintain the efficacy of the botanical ingredients. Store all tubes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the fragrance and active ingredients. Ensure caps are clicked shut firmly after each use to prevent the shower and body creams from drying out. As the products contain natural extracts, use them within the recommended shelf life indicated by the open-jar symbol on the packaging. Always perform a patch test on a small area of the inner forearm if you have a history of skin sensitivity to fragranced products.
