Our traditional letterplates & covers are an attractive option for numerous door types. For more traditional doors we have a separate system where the letterplate is fitted to the external side of the door and a letterplate cover is fitted to the internal side to reduce drafts. The unlacquered brass achieves a timeless elegance, highly polished on all surface areas but aged to highlight the detail and design. This will tarnish in time as part of the ageing process but can be polished time and time again if a natural sheen is desired. Designed to match our other aged brass front door furniture to create a feature entrance door. Maximum door thickness: 65mm. Dimensions: Overall Size: 304mm x 96mm OR 252mm x 96mm. Opening Size: 232mm x 56mm OR 204mm x 48mm. Fixing Centres: 268mm OR 230mm. Letterplate Thickness: 7mm. Supplied with matching 70mm threaded bolts with dome headed caps.
