Product Information

Full details

This Fimous Rattan Garden Furniture Firepit Dining Set in Grey is designed for those seeking a luxurious and functional outdoor entertaining space that can accommodate up to 10 guests. Its key benefit is providing a complete dining and lounging solution with a built-in firepit for ambiance and warmth. A potential caveat is the need for careful adherence to safety instructions, particularly regarding the gas firepit and its placement. The set includes two 3-seater sofas, one armchair, two side tables, one large footstool, and two smaller stools, all constructed from durable dark grey mixed rattan with comfortable dark grey cushions. The centerpiece is a spacious firepit dining table with a tempered glass top, designed for a 5kg gas tank.

Extended Product Information

FAQs

What size gas tank is required for the firepit?

The firepit is designed for use with a 5kg gas tank.

Are the cushions waterproof?

The cushion covers are designed to be water-resistant, but for extended periods of non-use or in heavy rain, it is recommended to store them indoors or cover them to prolong their life and prevent dampness.

How do I clean the rattan material?

Wipe the rattan with a damp cloth. For tougher dirt, use a mild soap and water solution with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

Can the firepit table be used as a regular dining table without the firepit?

Yes, the firepit is placed on top of the tempered glass surface. When not in use, the firepit can be removed, and the glass provides a full dining surface. Ensure the firepit is securely placed and removed following safety guidelines.

Is assembly included with delivery?

The set is delivered kerbside and requires assembly. Instructions are provided, and customer support is available for assistance.

What is the warranty period for this furniture set?

Please refer to the product documentation or contact customer support for specific warranty information.

Can I leave the furniture outside all year round?

While the frame is designed for outdoor durability, it is recommended to store cushions indoors and consider covering the entire set during harsh winter months or prolonged periods of non-use to maximize its lifespan.

Troubleshooting

Firepit does not ignite

Ensure the gas tank is properly connected and the valve is open. Check that the igniter is not obstructed by lava rocks. Refer to the firepit's specific safety instructions for troubleshooting ignition.

Uneven seating or table stability

Check that all components are securely assembled and that the furniture is placed on a level surface. Adjust any leveling feet if present.

Cushions feel damp or moldy

Ensure cushions are completely dry before storage. Store them in a dry, well-ventilated area or use waterproof covers when left outdoors. Wash removable covers if necessary.

Rattan appears faded or dirty

Wipe down the rattan with a mild soap and water solution using a soft cloth. For faded areas, consider applying a rattan protector spray suitable for outdoor furniture.
