Product Information

Full details

This Flexi New Neon Dog Lead is designed for dog owners who prioritize safety and visibility, especially during low-light conditions. Its key benefit is enhanced safety through reflective elements and bright neon colors, allowing your dog and you to be seen from afar. A potential caveat is that it is designed for dogs up to 15kg, so it may not be suitable for larger breeds.

Troubleshooting

Leash tape does not retract fully.

Ensure the tape is not twisted or caught on something. Gently pull the tape out slightly and try retracting again. Check for any obstructions around the reel.

Braking system feels stiff or unresponsive.

Check the leash tape for dirt or debris that might be obstructing the mechanism. Try operating the brake multiple times. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

Carabiner clip is difficult to open or close.

Clean the carabiner and check for any damage. Lubricate the spring mechanism gently if necessary. Ensure it is properly aligned before clipping.

Reflective stickers are peeling off.

Gently try to re-adhere them if possible. If they are significantly damaged or detached, their reflective capability will be reduced. Consider replacing the leash if safety is compromised.
