Troubleshooting
Bather appears unstable
Ensure all four non-slip grips are firmly attached to the frame and are clean. Verify the bather is placed on a flat, stable surface within the sink or tub.
Mesh sling is difficult to reattach after washing
Make sure the sling is completely dry before attempting to reattach it. Check that the sling is oriented correctly and all attachment points are aligned with the frame.
Baby seems uncomfortable
Adjust the 2-position support to find the most comfortable angle for your baby. Ensure the headrest is properly positioned for adequate support.
Bather doesn't fit well in the designated area
Measure your sink or tub dimensions before use. While designed for most standard sizes, very small or unusually shaped sinks/tubs may present fitting challenges.
