No, the mat is designed to be self-contained; it folds in half and is secured with a clip, utilizing its own twin carry handles.

The mat weighs 2.3kg.

Is the material easy to clean?

Yes, the reinforced, waterproof base can be wiped down or hosed off easily with water after use.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setting up the mat is straightforward: simply unclip the side strap, unfold the mat, and ensure the foam interior is laid flat. To maintain the life of the product, always rinse off mud or debris after a session and allow it to dry completely in a ventilated area before folding and storing for long periods. Do not store the mat while damp, as this may lead to mold growth on the fabric surfaces. The mat is compatible with most standard landing nets and cradle accessories.
