The Trangia 27 Lower Windshield is an essential component for your Trangia 27 stove system. Designed to protect the burner from wind, it ensures an optimal flame and efficient fuel consumption. The ventilation holes in the lower windshield should be directed into the wind to enhance oxygen supply to the burner, leading to a more stable flame even in strong winds. The stove itself rests securely on supports integrated into the upper windshield. This ultralight aluminium windshield is constructed from a lightweight material that conducts heat effectively, distributing it quickly and evenly to prevent food from sticking or burning in the center of the pan. Its hard surface offers excellent resistance to scratching and wear, and the ultralight aluminium is 50% stronger than standard aluminium, allowing for less material usage and thus a lighter product. Weight: 0.9kg. Compatible with Trangia 27 Cooksets.
