Troubleshooting

Pet bed not fully expanding or feeling flat

Allow up to 48 hours for the foam and fibers to fully decompress after unboxing. Gently fluff and knead the bed to help distribute the filling and encourage expansion.

Faux fur cover appears matted or less soft

Gently brush the faux fur with a soft-bristled brush or your hand to restore its fluffiness. Regular fluffing and airing out can help maintain its texture.

Faint odor upon unboxing

This is common with new foam products and is usually harmless. Place the bed in a well-ventilated area for 24-48 hours to allow any new product odors to dissipate.

Side pocket seems loose or unstitched

Inspect the stitching. If it appears to be a manufacturing defect, contact customer support for assistance. Avoid overloading the pocket with heavy items.

Setup

Setting up your Ezysleep Human Pet Bed is straightforward. Simply unbox the product and unroll it in your desired location. Allow a few hours, or up to 24-48 hours, for the bed to fully decompress and reach its intended shape and plushness after being packaged.

Care

Maintaining the comfort and longevity of your human pet bed involves simple care:

Faux Fur Cover: For minor spills or dirt, gently spot clean the faux fur cover with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Blot dry thoroughly. For deeper cleaning, it is generally recommended to air out the bed regularly.
Foam Inner: The inner foam should not be washed. If it gets damp, ensure it is completely air-dried before re-covering.
General Maintenance: Regularly fluff the faux fur and polyester rim to maintain its softness and loft. Avoid placing the bed in direct sunlight for prolonged periods to prevent material degradation. (Info needed: Specific machine washing instructions for the cover, if applicable. Please refer to the product label or manufacturer's website for detailed guidance.)
