You can use the strips once per day over a fortnight or twice a day over the course of a week.
The formula is designed to be gentle, but if you have sensitive teeth, monitor for any discomfort and adjust usage accordingly.
The formula is peroxide-free and should not cause harm if a small amount is swallowed. However, avoid swallowing the gel and rinse your mouth with water.
These strips are designed for natural teeth and may not whiten dental work. Consult your dentist if you have crowns, veneers, or fillings.
The longevity of the results varies depending on your lifestyle, diet, and oral hygiene. Consistent use and good dental habits will help maintain results.
